Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of general office administration support
• Handle the procurement, purchasing, stock control and arrangement of office stationary, office equipment, staff uniforms, printing items, etc
• Maintain professional image and to manage the reception area, ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
• Handle in-coming, out-going mails and courier services. Greet guests in a professional manner
• Support Marketing activities, including registration of event participants, calls & follow up pre-events and post-events.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in office admin / receptionist duties
• Independent & presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
• Pleasant personality, polite, well organized and with good communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
