MM2H Club is a one-stop centre in the Malaysia Consulate Building to process Malaysia My Second Home programme, an official programme of the Malaysian Government. The centre also provides various services and activities for the MM2H community in Hong Kong, which may include MM2H Application services, Property Management services, Informational seminars including MM2H, healthcare and education in Malaysia. Regular gatherings will be held in the centre for existing members of MM2H Club. 

HQ International Limited is the principal and trademark holder of MM2H Club, of which similar centres are set up in Taipei and Shenzhen at the moment.

「 第二家園」(MM2H) 計劃是一項由馬來西亞政府主導的投資定居計劃，符合條件的參與者可以獲得十年可續簽居留權。而大馬第二家園會所是一個服務中心，除了提供申請「第二家園」等服務，服務中心也將透過MM2H CLUB獎勵計劃提供「第二家園」參與者各種優惠和活動，例如：馬來文進修班，馬來西亞美食烹飪課程，醫療保健和教育等等，以確保「第二家園」參與者能夠在加入「第二家園」之前，申請過程中或加入後更容易地融入馬來西亞社區。

華僑國際平台有限公司為大馬第二家園會所的商標持有者，而本中心已發展到深圳市和台北市。
