Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in conducting operational audit by planning and executing the audit assignments, reporting the audit findings and preparing the documentation in accordance with Group internal audit standard
- To assist in the establishment and improvement of quality management policies, systems, programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory standards and requirements
- To participate in process improvement programs / quality & safety improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operation efficiency of the property management session
- To establish and maintain statistical database for showing the trend of performance quality of all managed properties and projects
- To assist to provide training to general staff of the Group in order to maintain a high standard of the internal control compliance
- To handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Min. 3 years work experience in quality management system implementation preferably in property management industry
- Audit exposure in the fields of property management would be a plus
- Member of a recognized professional body would be an advantage
- Independent, analytical mind, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem solving and presentation skills
- Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ OHSAS18001 standards and requirements
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
