Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records.
  • Attend Client meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency calls.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of on-site technicians and contractors.
  • Prepare tender documents and technical procedures on engineering works.
  • To prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Studies.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in property maintenance for Technical Officer / 2 – 3 years working experience in property maintenance for Assistant Technical Officer.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable and Safety Card
  • Knowledge in electrical and MVAC maintenance works preferred
