Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in daily property operations and management;
- To handle clients’ inquires and deliver quality service;
- To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations including cleaning and security teams;
- To organize property activities; and
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in property management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in take-over of new prestige property
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of both written and spoken English &Chinese; and
- Proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
