Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in a professional and polite manner
• Monitor and assist in the booking of conference rooms and meeting rooms
• Serve drinks/refreshments for meetings in the office
• Liaison with couriers companies and messengers on the delivery of letters and documents
• Handle administrative duties
• Calendar management
• Keep a safe and clean reception area
• Support continuity amongst work teams by communicating and documenting actions

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of work experiences as a receptionist/customer service
• Must be able to speak good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good presentation and telephone manner
• Possess excellent people skills and great work attitude
  
• Mature, self-initiative, good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office especially word and excel
