Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Department Head to develop and execute communication strategies to support corporate activities so as to enhance the Group’s corporate image
  • Responsible for the production of communications materials/ news/ corporate collaterals etc.
  • Organize corporate events including CSR activities
  • Support in maintaining contact with and provide assistance to media
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above in Public Relations/ Communications or related disciplines
  • Around 2-3 years' experience in related field of corporate communication, with presence in Greater China / Greater Bay Area is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HK media and an experienced media relations professional, with good connection with media and PR agencies
  • Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communicator with excellent command of written (Traditional and Simplified) and spoken Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin), and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe InDesign and AI
  • Potential candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Communications Officer
