Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of a portfolio of properties;
• Prepare management budgets of respective building accounts;
• Exercise proper budgetary control to ensure cost effectiveness of daily operations;
• Supervise on-site management teams to provide quality service;
• Enhance staff capability and workforce efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations;
• Attend meetings with Management Committees of Owners’ Corporations to maintain good relationship;
• Liaise with owners, occupants, suppliers and contractors, when necessary;

Requirements

• Degree holder in property management or related disciplines;
• Holder of relevant Professional membership (e.g. HKIH, MCIH, CIH) or other recognized professional bodies;
• Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License being an advantage;
• Minimum 8-year solid experience in property management, of which, 4 years at managerial level;
• Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
