Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and greeting visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mails and fax and maintain the tracking record
• Provide ad hoc supporting administrative department and internal accounting department on request

Requirements

• Preferably having 2 years of work experiences as a receptionist
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good telephone manner
• Possess in of working with people skills and great work attitude
  
• Mature, self-initiative, good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office especially word and excel
