Responsibilities

• Support and supervise daily operation and settlement duties of Securities and investment products (equities, fixed income, repo, private equity，etc.);
• Process all transactions and instructions from clients by the deadline efficiently and accurately;
• Reconcile the fund/accounts’ cash management, trade booking;
• Maintaining accuracy and on-time fund valuation reconciliation & settlement on a daily basis;
• Oversee unmatched trades for timely settlement and liaise with custodians to reconcile any trade matching issues;
• Work with external Advisor to ensure relevant and required regulatory requirements are met;
• Ensure controllable operational or back office errors are minimized;
• Review and streamline the operational process of the firm’s products and implement system modification and enhancement tasks, to meet business needs;
• Handle enquiries from clients, salesperson, or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with qualification in CPA and/or CFA;
• 5 years or more of relevant experience in securities operations;
• SFC type1 or 9 representative qualification;
• Extensive knowledge of Securities Services and Asset Management Operation;
• Sound knowledge in analyzing corporate, commercial bank or investment bank;
• Good analytical skills and able to handle large volumes of data;
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Strong communication skills，good team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
