Responsibilities:

• Production plan and material control to meet with business forecast
• Delivery schedule to meet with OTD target
• Inventory control, including raw, WIP and FG materials
• Driving the team and related departments to shorten production lead time
• Working with the operation team for lean manufacturing
• Supporting Sales team for the forecast and PO in ERP
• Interfacing with SCM team for defining the MRP systematically

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above, major in manufacturing, electrical/industrial engineering, supply chain, or related discipline is preferable
• Degree holder with minimum of 8 years as Head of PMC Department or senior PMC position in a sizeable multinational company
• Working experience in the field of optical communication or consumer electronic companies is an added advantage
• Strong leadership to manage and teach subordinates
• Open minded to accept and discuss different suggestions
• Good analytical skills and possess an aggressive attitude to solve the problems
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, commitment to work, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and project management skills
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Stationed in China and willing to travel frequently
