Job Description
- Prepare companies for fund raising and/or IPO by analyzing their financial information, preparing financial projections and assisting them in preparing financial and management accounts;
- Conduct financial due diligence potential acquisition targets by collecting detailed information and conducting interviews; collate, analyze the information and prepare a detailed due diligence report;
- Be the acting CFO of a client; prepare and review monthly/quarterly consolidated financial information; manage cash position, cashflow projection; analyze and compare company forecasts and budgets;
- Work with a team of professionals, auditors, financial advisors, valuers and lawyers to perform consulting/advisory projects; and
- Assist in compliance including company secretarial matters for private companies in Hong Kong; cross-border company setup and transactions in Hong Kong & China.
Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance, (HKICPA, CIA or ACCA preferred);
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office applications such as excel and powerpoint;
- Good communication and presentation skills and sense of servicing awareness;
- Good command in English and Mandarin (listening, oral, reading and writing) is a must; good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in using Xero, CRM applications (such as ZOHO) is a plus.
- Applicants with international background preferred;
