Responsibilities:

lSupport and ensure smooth recruitment, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, booking meeting rooms;

lHandle on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration work;

lMaintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance;

lProvide full range administration support, including filing, documentation, data entry and reports preparation etc;

lCoordinate with internal and external parties on daily HR issues;

lAd hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

lDiploma/University Graduate, major in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline

l1 year working experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed

lGood typing and knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing

lGood interpersonal and communication skills

lImmediate available is highly preferred
