Responsibilities：

1. Providing general clerical support, such as data entry, filing etc；
2. Perform all rounded administrative support to manage day-to-day operations of the office；
3. Take up receptionist duties, servicing at front desk， handling incoming calls and courier, scheduling appointments, Organizing meetings, reserving conference facilities，and coordinating teleconferences, etc；
4. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned；

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above；
2. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin；
3. Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint；
4. Organized, detailed mind, and able to work independently；
5. Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner and communication skills；
6. Immediate available or with short notice period is preferred；

职责：

1. 提供一般文书支持，例如数据输入、归档等；
2. 提供全方位的行政支持，以管理办公室的日常运作；
3. 担任接待员职责，前台服务，处理来电和快递，安排约会，组织会议，预订会议设施，协调电话会议等；
4. 处理分配的临时项目；

要求：

1. 本科文凭或以上；
2. 良好的英语、广东话和普通话书面和口语；
3. 良好的 MS Excel、Word、PowerPoint 计算机技能；
4. 有条理，头脑细致，能够独立工作；
5. 良好的人际交往能力、电话礼仪和沟通技巧；
6. 立即可用或通知期短者优先；
