Job Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate accounts opening and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer policy and regulatory requirement;
• Provide sales support functions to Relationship Managers include but not limited to client servicing, documentation checking with regards to corporate banking, trade finance, loan, deposit, cash management and treasury related transactions;
• Review and update customer account data and document to meet up-to-date’s requirement;
• Handle and process customer enquiries efficiently and effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely and thoroughly;
• Work closely with Credit and Operation Department to facilitate loan drawdown and time deposit;
• Liaise with internal / external counterparts and PRC branches to ensure smooth and compliant with business operation;
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Head/ Department Head.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or business related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ client servicing experience in Corporate Banking with proficient knowledge in account opening and KYC handling;
• Excellent knowledge of account opening documentation;
• Good knowledge in regulatory requirement and policies;
• Good team player, detailed-oriented with excellent customer service mindset;
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; be able to work under pressure and independently.
