Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the senior team members, take a key role to provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and / or Takeovers Code related transactions and ECM capital raising exercises;
- Assist in the origination and execution of IPO transactions；
- Keep abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations；
- Prepare client proposals, pitch books, valuation assessments and industry updates；
- Involve in deal execution including documentation, perform due diligence and financial analysis；
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external working parties and regulatory bodies;
- Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
- Qualified to be registered as licensed representative in RA1 & RA6 under SFC;
- Current member of CPA/CFA is preferred;
- Minimum 5-7 years corporate finance experience with good knowledge in Listing Rules and Takeovers Code；
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and good problem solving skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required;
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
