Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skills – Primary:

- Prepare and implement the Automation Test Strategy and roadmap for HK.
- Help to build a team of competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently
- Manage test resources to ensure highest level of engagement possible
- Provides regular communication and training to the team in respect to standards and processes
- Work within Project Delivery team and support both manual and automation test activities
- Analyze and review business requirements and user stories, test strategy and test plan
- Comply with the bank’s System Delivery Framework and relevant testing controls
- Plan and execute activities in relation to UAT test preparation scripting, execution and reporting
- Design UAT test scenarios
- Implement Test automation scripts and perform UAT testing to ensure system stability and good client journey experience
- Communicate to project stakeholders on the improvements on User Stories and client journey; reporting UAT Test Status, defects, risks and issue resolution
Skills – Primary:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in testing / automation QA / test management roles
- Knowledge of QA and testing standards, methodologies, test automation tools and processes
- Knowledge in Java, Python, Git, Selenium, QTP, Cucumber and/or Jenkins is required
- Experienced working in the Banking or related financial technology domain
- Good communication skills, proactive, positive attitude.
- Good stakeholder management skills in handling wide ranging stakeholders across segments/product areas
- Experience working across globally distributed development and test teams a plus
- Prior work experience on Retail Banking systems and online banking systems
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
