Job Requirements:

• University Degree holder from Human Resources Management
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in human resources and administrative management in sizable factory of Southern China, preferably in textiles industry
• Specialization in recruitment, compensation & benefits and training functions will be favorably considered
• Effective people management skills particularly for interpersonal, communication and presentation techniques required
• Well-organized ability with analytical, cautious and prudent mindset, and sensitive to figures required
• Equipped and led HR department with China’s labor contract and handle disputers in Hong Kong and China effectively
• Budget control - Whole factory labor cost against budget ,e.g HC, labor hours (making a annual budget , follow up and making a countermeasure.)
  Department cost against budget (expense, fixed assets, labor cost & making a annual budget and follow up.
• Able to work on team base and under pressure, and often meet tight job schedules assigned from time to time
• Proficiency in writing and ability to communicate in English and / or Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) will definitely be good asset
• Station in Southern China and willing to travel overseas
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager
