Our client “Zen Foods Co., Limited” is seeking a Full-time Shop Manager/Assistant Manager to join their company!  

 
What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for the daily operation of the store including serving customer, cashier, food packing and stock replenishment etc
• Manage frontline full time and part time staff and provide on-the-job training to them
• Introduce different types of fish/seafoods and teach the customers how to prepare and cook various type of the fish
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Manage visual merchandizing and product display
• Work closely with Japanese head chef in planning for seasonal promotions
• Making simple Japanese food
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Assist on stock-taking. 

Who are they looking for? 

• More than 3 years of retail managerial experience
• Secondary 5 or above
• Good command of Chinese and English (Japanese is a plus but not a must)
• Good customer service
• Food Hygiene Manager Certification (an advantage)
