Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas and contents for brand promotions on social media platforms
• Assist in managing and executing digital marketing programs (eg. SEM / SEO / Social Medias campaigns, etc.)
• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and effective content distribution strategy
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of the implemented digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and implement outbound and inbound digital marketing activities by demonstrating expertise to achieve KPI 
• Drive content creation and make sure it is at highest standards, across all digital channels, including but not limited to: social media(Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, 小紅書， YouTube), website, email campaigns and media channels
• Liaise with KOL and bloggers to build brand awareness
• Implement CRM activities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Marketing / Public Relation/ Communications or related field
• Beauty experience is highly preferred
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills 
• Positive, self-motivated, strategic thinking with a can-do spirit
• Creative mindset with marketing sense
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet expected timelines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
