Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for assisting in daily operations (Promotions and Events), administrative activities and back-office support for the Trade Marketing Team in Pernod Ricard Hong Kong & Macau. This role will coordinate the logistic of promotion and display jobs, and be responsible for sourcing, purchase order creation and management. 

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:      

• Sourcing and procurement
• Following up on the production of POSM and promotional gifts
• Arranging logistics and repacking for promotions
• Following up on display jobs across different sales channels, including the internal approval process
• Providing support for trade events
• Creating purchase orders and processing payments
• Processing payments in accordance with approved purchase orders by Trade Marketing Managers
• Supporting e-commerce with content updates and planning online activities
• Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Trade Marketing Team

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Associate degree or above                        
• Preferably with 1-2 years of administrative/marketing experience
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough and creative problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written skills, detail-minded
• Proficient in PC – MS Word & Excel   
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
