Our Client is a leading Property Developer with a stable and sizable investment portfolio. They are now looking for a Credit Control Manager to look after the rental control and internal compliances. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective collection of all rent arrears and develop strategies to reduce delinquency
• Monitor the collection of overdue accounts, take appropriate recovery actions and pursue distraint actions / Small Claims etc.
• Conduct internal process monitoring including opening / closing of tenancy accounts, payment settlement & billing accurately in the ERP System and ensure all the procedures are adhered to the Company’s policy and guideline
• Assist to streamline the collection & internal control processes and improve workflows

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Laws, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in real estate / banking / credit loan or relevant industry with at least 5 years’ at supervisory level
• Sound legal knowledge and familiar with regulatory requirements of real estate leasing and civil litigation
• Strong credit analytical and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proactive and capable to work independently under tight schedule
• Conversant with SAP or other ERP application will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications
