• We are looking for  Human Resources Manager - with details as follows :   

The Job : 

• Report to the General Manager of HK office
• Fully responsible for daily human resources operations of Hong Kong office with the support to 2 clerical subordinates
• Perform daily human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, staff records update, MPF, staff relations, medical claims .....
• Office administrative role including update of equipment records, monitor the cost of office supplies, licenses & contracts renewal...etc
• Perform accounting support like staff expenses reimbursement, keep petty cash, assist auditor during annual audit...etc
• Tertiary education
• Basic accounting studies or basic accounting experience 
• Minimum 5 years experience in all round human resources role 
• Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus 
• Experience in garment / trims / textiles / accsesories is a plus 
• Fluent in written & spoken English; proficient in Cantonese and Chinese 
• No trips is required 
• 5 days work  
• Annual leave : 12 days
