This position involves a mix of creative, technical, and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a passion and understanding of luxury marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and event planning. 

Responsibilities:

1. Aerial Photography and Videography:

o Operate drones to capture stunning aerial photos and videos of yachts.

o Use a camera to take high-quality photos and videos of yachts during charters and events.

2. Post-Production Work:

o Edit raw video footage and photos from yacht photo shoots.

o Enhance visual content to showcase the beauty and luxury of our yachts.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

o Optimize ISEO Yachting’s website and content for better visibility on Google and other search engines.

o Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and implement SEO best practices.

4. Paid Social Media Advertising:

o Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to reach potential clients.

o Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Website Operations and Maintenance:

o Maintain and update the company’s website using platforms like Wix and Squarespace.

o Ensure that yacht listings, pricing, and other information are accurate and appealing.

6. Social Media Management:

o Manage ISEO Yachting’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

o Create engaging content, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online presence.

o Able to use Photoshop, Canva or equivalent to help create content.

o Basic video editing skills to create short videos from raw videos.

7. Print Collateral Creation:

o Design and produce brochures, flyers, and other print materials for charter and brokerage yachts.

o Collaborate with graphic designers and printers to ensure high-quality output.

8. Yacht Shows and Events:

o Act as a backup assistant during yacht shows and viewings.

o Represent ISEO Yachting professionally and provide information to potential clients.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or marine industry.

· Proficiency in photography, video editing, and graphic design tools.

· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SEO techniques.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

· Passion for yachts and the luxury lifestyle.
