Our clients is now looking for a Sales Manager (80K) (HK&GBA) (MNC Biopharmaceutical) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the GBA region, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.
• Identify and prioritize target healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential partners for collaboration and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the GBA, including healthcare professionals, medical associations, and relevant government bodies.
• Establish and manage a robust sales channel network in the GBA, including distributors, wholesalers, and other partners.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns to raise awareness and promote Hong Kong as a preferred destination for vaccine injections among GBA residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in the GBA region, including an understanding of healthcare providers, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strong network and existing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other stakeholders in the GBA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
