Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selections, C&B related matters, MPF & payroll calculation, final payment, HK employee tax return filling, employee relations, office & medical insurance and HR record maintenance in HK and BJ office
  • Collaborate with local payroll agent, prepare monthly payroll calculation, China social security & accumulation fund calculation for working team in China
  • Support Hong Kong HQ, overseas satellite offices’ rental contract negotiation, renewal and office engineering works
  • Support Company Secretary to handle annual general meeting, minutes and annual reports
  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, making offers, on-boarding and off-boarding process not limited to local and overseas
  • Maintain company compensation policies & handbooks, benefits and leave records
  • Manage internal staff events including annual dinner, festival activities, team-building activities, ad hoc projects and administrative works.

 

Requirements:

  • Good education background, Master/ Bachelor degree, preferably in a Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration experience
  • Well conversant in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua, and ability to give professional presentation in English and Putonghua is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
