The Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager role will support the Managing Director in developing marketing strategies that align with company goals. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing functions for Hong Kong and Macau including but not limited to the following functions.

What you'll do: 

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to explore new business opportunities
• Monitor the brand performance and work closely with different internal & external parties to ensure excellent execution of the marketing programs.
• Create the content of marketing collateral and promotional materials product to tie with business needs.
• Drive marketing activities to strengthen customer relations and loyalty to enhance the overall customer shopping experience
• Oversee and communicate with the retail team for all functions related to corporate promotion activities, both internal and external cooperation
• Responsible for budget forecasting, ensuring control and yield for each activity
• Manage retail team and daily retail operations
• Motivate and lead the retail team to achieve the sales target.
• Explore creative promotion and activities to maximize profits.

What will be a good match if you:

• Degree holder preferable in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the cosmetics field or retail industry.
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Japanese N2 or above is an advantage.
• A good team leader with a proven ability to lead and attentive to details.
• Passionate at work, willing to take challenge and breakthrough.
• Well organized with high level of initiative.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
