Responsibilities:                 

1. Provide full-range legal support and services, including participation in financing projects, commercial transactions, investment and business development projects; review, draft and revise relevant contracts, agreements and other documents
2. Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and procedures to mitigate legal exposure across business lines
3. Advise senior leadership on legal compliance of corporate and business affairs, ensure that the company's operations and business comply with PRC/HK laws and regulations
4. Provide legal and compliance support, trainings and updates to various business units of the company 
5. Manage and handle litigation and legal disputes of the Group if needed
6. Responsible for the risk management function for business related issues such as strategies, corporate operation, financing, transactions, new products and etc for the group company
7. Design, develop, review and enhance business workflows/procedures to ensure business operations are smoothly operating
8. Ad hoc projects as assigned by the senior leadership

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in law or related majors
2. At least 8 years of legal industry experience with 3 years of law firm experience
3. Experience in handling financing contracts related to banks, fund, ABS financing and etc
4. Experience in equity investment, mergers and acquisitions
5. Applicants with relevant work experience in the Mainland will be given priority
6. Familiar with the business laws and regulations in HK & PRC
7. Responsible, independent, analytical with commercial sense
8. Excellent communications, leadership, and negotiation skills
9. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
