Our client is now looking for talents to join their team:


Job Duties:
 

• Work on Win 11 upgrade project and also including:
• Act as one of the technical team members of Digital Workplace Team and work closely with IT Helpdesk team to support IT services such as collaboration services, email, device management support, O365 application and MS Teams
• Assist in the project to communicate with the end user in good quality and on schedule
• Provide 1-2nd line technical support and troubleshooting
• Work with technical partners or vendors on the critical issues and monitor the progress and resolution

Job Requirements:
 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology etc.
• 2 years of experience in IT or system support, with preferably experience in the below areas: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online maintenance and administration
• Experience in Win 11
• Experience in Window upgrade project is a plus.
• Less Experience will also be considered
