This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and maintain close communication with external parties and internal departments to implement terminal enhancement projects, monitor the progress and ensure smooth and timely completion
- Support the team to oversee work phase, conduct risk assessment and monitor site works to ensure terminal operations/standards are not compromised during construction period
- Assist in preparation of reports for internal updates of project status
- Assist in annual budgeting and control operation expenses
- Handle customer feedback and complaint cases
Requirements
- University degree in Aviation / Estate / Property Management, Business Administration or other related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in estate/ project management, business development, or related area
- Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure
- Meticulous, service oriented with good business acumen
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Competent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
