How you will make an impact: 

The job holder will report to the Deputy General Manager - Leasing (Marketing), and be responsible for assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration for the shopping malls under the Chinachem Group

• Provide creative direction and take ownership of key visual development for marketing and promotional materials related to our leasing portfolios, ensuring alignment with our branding guidelines
• Design and create digital and print materials for advertising campaigns and events
• Lead projects involving floor pan layout and photo-retouching
• Collaborate with both stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth production processes
• Stay updated on art and design trends through market research, and contribute innovative ideas to various creative projects

What we are looking for:  

• Diploma or Degree in Design & Advertising
• Minimum 4 years' of graphic design experience
• Having experience in the shopping mall industry, particularly in Tsuen Wan is advantageous
• Solid experience in advertising, graphic design, branding POSM, photo-touching
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Familiarity with stock photos libraries
• Strong sense of market trends in advertising, branding, and marketing
• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative design concepts
• Attention to detail and a keen eye of visual aesthetics
