Job Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging social media content in Xiaohongshu and Instagram, following a well-defined content calendar;
• Create visually captivating content (visuals & short social clips) with bilingual copywriting (Chinese and English) for various social media platforms;
• Collaborate with teams to execute and launch recruitment campaigns, ensuring effective coordination;
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and viral topics to drive innovative strategies;
• Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to exceed project campaign; and
• Analyze market trends, target audience, and competitors for marketing reports

Requirements:

• have a Hong Kong Higher Diploma and Associate Degree, or equivalent / higher, in the disciplines of Design / Multimedia Design / Graphic Design / Creative Media / Public Relations and Marketing, or equivalent; 
• have at least 1 year of full time post-qualification working experience in supporting design, social media account servicing or social media marketing or social media operations in a sizeable organization, with the use of mobile applications, digital platforms and/or social media platforms, such as Xiaohongshu and Instagram;
• have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
• be proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe design softwares.  Knowledge of software applications in mobile applications; User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) design for mobile applications, website, graphics/media design and editing; experience in the design, development and maintenance of mobile applications; and experience in design and editing of websites are considered an advantage;
• be able to develop and implement engaging social media content in  Xiaohongshu and Instagram, following a well-defined content calendar;
• be familiar with the operations of two social media platforms, i.e  Xiaohongshu and Instagram, including creating visually captivating content (visuals and short social clips) and generating reports ;
• be creative for producing and editing multimedia content, including graphics, videos; and
• be able to work under overtime on some occasions and irregular hours and on weekends and Public Holidays.  All overtime works will be compensated by time off in lieu.

Service Hours

• From 0900 hours to 1800 hours, including one-hour lunch break, from Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays. Aggregate service hours will not exceed 48 hours per week, meal breaks included.
• Actual service hours may be outside the specific office hours set by individual units and/or on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays to meet the operational needs of the unit.
• Will normally work 5 days per week with paid annual leaves under Fringe Benefits.
