Senior Computer Operator - Officer - Enterprise System Operations - IT - 12 months contract (R001864)

Job Summary:

The Enterprise System Operations team under System & Network Operations department is responsible for managing the round-the-clock, 24x7 operations of HKEX enterprise systems. We play a critical role to ensure high system availability of Markets, while we will continuously modernize and enhance the team process to support our future business needs.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system operations, monitor computer equipment, perform operations jobs and incident escalation
• Maintain and deliver quality computer operations services in compliance with standards, policies and operating procedures
• Review and prepare operations procedures and jobs scheduling
• Support and collaborate with IT support teams to conduct system operational activities
• Support system recovery activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 + years experiences in system operations
• Familiar with the operations of Linux and Windows
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required
