Responsibilities:

• Being an individual contributor in the HRBP team, act as a business partner for designated business units to provide insight and advice for various HR-related matters, including staffing, compensation and rewards, performance management, staff retention, staff relations...etc.
• Lead and participate in different HR initiatives, projects and events for ongoing enhancement
• Design and prepare various HR reports and presentation for management
• Identify and implement HR solutions to support business growth
• Review and revamp HR policies and procedures to be complied with current employment legislation and in line with organizational changes to increase the efficiency
• Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence teams to ensure the delivery of HR services is in line with overall HR objectives and business requirements
• Carry out other ad hoc duties/projects as required

 Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification with 10+ years’ HR business partner / generalist experience in sizable organization
• Capable to work independently to lead HR initiatives and provide HR advice/solution to leaders and employees 
• Previous experience in leading projects from scratch and driving to completion
• Previous experience in preparation of management reports/presentation materials with large volume of data 
• Excellent skills in using MS Office, esp. Excel and Powerpoint. Previous experience in using Workday is an advantage
• Well versed in HK employment related legislations
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
• Meticulous, detailed-minded and well organized
• Good team player, pleasant personality and possess a strong sense of responsibility
