Job Summary:

• Lead the Information and Technology Division in the Corporate office
• Identify system needs of internal users
• Formulate & implement IT strategies and update IT policies
• Provide training to T&I staff members
• Improve Business Continuity Plan
• Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely
• Comply with Company policies and regulatory requirements

Duties

• Develop internal IT and information security policies
• Liaise with vendors and head office to formulate, develop, and test system solutions
• Formulate, review, and execute IT strategies for Greater China Region
• Provide IT services for Greater China Region
• Understand business, strategies, and position in target markets to implement appropriate Business Continuity Plan
• Conduct IT strategy setting with internal users for planning and project management
• Carry out Cyber Security Controls, Risk Management of E-Banking and Technology Risk Management
• Manage IT procurement process and approve transactions
• Oversee business aspects of automated projects
• Control department expenses according to annual budget plan
• Identify IT/Business Continuity issues and provide prompt solutions
• Prepare project plans, reports, and updates
• Provide technical advice to other departments and Management
• Monitor subordinates' performance and provide training
• Review/approve subordinates' reimbursement applications

Requirements:

• Minimum: Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Preferred: Master degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• 10+ years of IT experience in financial institutions with strong system development and implementation exposure and 5+ years of managerial experience.
