Job Description

Our client is a Hong Kong-listed company with business operations spanning across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an innovative and strategic HR professional to assume a prominent position that will significantly enhance the HR function and oversee activities throughout the entire group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent management
  • Lead and coordinate all employer branding initiatives, HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks for the regional company group
  • Oversee the employee life cycle, develop strategic resourcing plans, and provide talent acquisition and retention solutions for employee communications and development
  • Act as an HR Business Partner, understand the business and operations of management and various stakeholders, and provide professional advice to drive a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement
  • Establish effective mechanisms to monitor HR organization, performance, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on employment regulations and trends, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant and aligned with best practices
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects as required

 

Key Requirements: 

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines; with at least 8  years of experience in all rounded human resources, preferably with strong engagement in employer branding and employee relations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English language
  • Result-oriented, passionate and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and key business partners
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and management skill
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager grade
