Job Description:

• Assist in administering and maintaining all operating systems, website and other application systems
• Provide ongoing systems/network support, maintenance and administration in overseas factory plant
• Assist in managing LAN/WAN connectivity, server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 - 4 years relevant experience in Garment Manufacturing industry
• Hands on experience in TCP/IP Networking, structured cabling, Linux/ Window Server, Active Directory;
• Experience in implementing, administering ERP/ MRP system would be an advantage;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Cisco Router and Switch LAN / WAN 
• Knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory and VMWare
• Knowledge in Alibaba Cloud / AWS technology would be an advantage
• Customer-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to manage multi-tasks and balance priorities
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Frequent Travel in SEA region is required;
