Classic Fine Foods (CFF) is an MNC fine foods wholesaler to first-class hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants in 10+ countries with 10k+ customers and 1k+ staffs. CFF is a subsidiary of Metro AG, a German listed MNC wholesaler for customers in the hotel, restaurants and catering industry in 30+ countries with 95k+ staffs.

Responsibilities

• To promote and sell Pastry products and to achieve the sales target

• To visit our customers regularly in order to build and maintain strong relationships within our customer network

• To explore and develop new opportunities

• To handle customer enquiries, quotations, forecasts, follow up orders and related matters

• To work closely with both internal and external parties to provide efficient solutions or alternatives to customers

• To update tasks, actions, follow up and customers Data in the company CRM system on daily basis.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or University graduated

• At least 2 years solid experience in food trading or F&B industry

• Interested in pastry products/ field and working experience in pastry industry will be an advantage

• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proven track record of sales success

• Responsible, aggressive and able to work under pressure

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
