Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Legal and Compliance handling legal issues in relation to Essence Group of Companies
• Review and draft legal documents
• Provide legal solution and advice
• Conduct legal research and deliver CPT course
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
• Knowledge of ECM and DCM   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services industry or with regulatory bodies
• Good knowledge of SFC regulations/guidelines and market practices
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Knowledge of PRC laws is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure
