• Support the manager of consumer products to develop a comprehensive yearly strategy for all brands
• Drive existing and identify opportunities for new business in the market. Develop strategies to expand the licensing and consumer product portfolio
• Collaborate with the team to align product development, optimize business opportunities and deliver impactful business pitches based on set priorities
• Monitor quality of revenue and overall category performance
• Conduct through market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends on the market. Utilize this information to inform product development and enhancement decisions
• Analyze forecasted workload with consideration to historical trends and initiatives known to impact workload and/or staffing
• Performance monitoring: tracking project progress, evaluating performance metrics, and making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals
• Keep track of your monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
• Reporting and documentation: generating project reports, maintaining project documentations

Requirements:

• University degree preferably
• 4+ years’ of experience in IP consumer product, business development, or related roles
• Strong business acumen and understanding of IP licensing market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Fluent in English, Good spoken Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Good team player with a proactive approach, displaying initiative, independence, and excellent judgment.
• Self-motivated, multitasking, responsible, independent, detail-minded and willing to learn
