Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support services, including office relocations, facility management, procurement, and budget management for office reinstatement, etc;
- assist in supervising contractors to ensure compliance with facility management and relevant regulatory requirements; and
- any other related duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
- A recognised university degree with preferably 2 years' post-degree working experience;
- degree in the fields of facility management, property management or other related fields would be an advantage;
- with at least 1 year relevant administrative and facilities management experience;
- attention to details, good team player with effective interpersonal communication skills; and
- good command of English and Chinese, and good PC skills.

Remuneration and Terms:
ERB is an equal opportunity employer. The successful candidates will be appointed with 24-month fixed contract terms. We offer competitive packages commensurate with qualifications and experience.
