Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support services, including office relocations, facility management, procurement, and budget management for office reinstatement, etc;
  • assist in supervising contractors to ensure compliance with facility management and relevant regulatory requirements; and
  • any other related duties as assigned.

 

Entry Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree with preferably 2 years' post-degree working experience; 
  • degree in the fields of facility management, property management or other related fields would be an advantage;
  • with at least 1 year relevant administrative and facilities management experience;
  • attention to details, good team player with effective interpersonal communication skills; and 
  • good command of English and Chinese, and good PC skills.

Remuneration and Terms:
