Responsibilities:
- Promote wide range of financial products and trust services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the business goals.
- Explore and develop long-term financial relationships with customers; provide efficient and high-quality services to customers with a professional manner.
- Managing the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs.
- Deliver quality services, conduct outbound call and establish customer relationship to introduce business credit card and other wealth management services/products.
- Provide market intelligence, client feedback and competitive insights to inform product development.
- Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products and services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to the provision of investment, insurance and other trust products.
- Oversee all Trustee and third-party insurance Operation, coordinate and execute all required.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of the trust industry; is aware of its benchmarks, standards, methodologies and structures; has up-to-date knowledge of client industry practices and processes and keep abreast of trends and developments.
- Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the license's policies, procedures, guidelines, AML and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI, CFPCM will be preferred.
- Holders of CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be preferred; passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations .
- At least 2 years of experience in private banking, selling investment, insurance and banking products is preferable.
- Experiences and proven track record in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage; proven track record in marketing and selling financial products.
- Sound knowledge and solid experiences in banking products and services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products, knowledge and experiences in corporate banking products and services a definite advantage.
- High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively; highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and consolidating long term banking relationships among personal and corporate customers.
- Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace.
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, strong self-motivation, customer-focused, pleasant and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a definite plus.
- Immediate available is preferred.
QMAS / TTPS / IANG Visa is Welcome. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
