Sales & Design Consultant 

Job Description

• Deliver one-stop shopping experience at excellent customer service to cater customer needs
• Approach and maintain good relationship with customers, interior designers and contractors, architects for business opportunities
• Consistently meet sales goals while delivering Roche Bobois value
• Handle daily pre & post sales and enquiry all sales transaction
• Respond quickly, professionally and accurately to all customers inquiries regarding sales orders, status requests, complaints, product returns and product care
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for delivery and assembly services for customers
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good service attitude
• Intuitive and insightful, with the ability to quickly identify client needs by taking into account their interior design desires as well as current trends in decorative arts and design. 
• Experience of home decor, home appliances, luxury beddings and interior design firm are a plus
• Work with passion, high team spirit and independent
• Candidates with more working experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Design Consultant
