Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with line manager in formulating and delivering effective sales & marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective
• Implement comprehensive marketing, public relations, digital and social media campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public
• Work with line manager to craft clear digital & social strategies and implement all related initiatives 
• Manage digital marketing calendar to ensure sales goals
• Work with agency to create digital content assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue
• Assist to strategize and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords
• Work seamlessly with local marketing team members, ensure collaborative work being demonstrated in high-quality deliverables
• Monitor the budget and cost, conduct market research, customer service survey and business evaluation to support the overall marketing strategy
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and report preparation
   

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of solid marketing experience in marketing, business management or related
• Deep expertise across Digital, Social, Public Relations, Trade Marketing disciplines
• Familiarize digital and social ecosystem for the region
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
• Stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Detail oriented, resourceful and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
• Experience using design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
• Based in Hongkong
