Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute channel/product/pricing strategies to drive sales growth for retail & foodservices channels, aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
• Coordinate with brand teams and sales leadership to design and implement trade consumer programs that effectively promote the company's products and engage target customers.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and monitor the execution of trade marketing programs to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve the company's overall profitability.
• Monitor and ensure the efficient and effective utilization of trade marketing funds, with timely coordination with sales team
• Supervise the work of merchandisers to maintain high-quality in-store execution of campaigns and ensure optimal product visibility in the retail channel.
• Provide support in stock management for the retail channel, including consolidating and submitting stock rolling forecasts, as well as coordinating the collection and inspection of returned goods.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or business discipline 
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in key account management or store operations is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of holding a managerial position in sales and marketing, with experience in key account management being an advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical, and reasoning skills, combined with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in using PC applications, including Outlook, MS Office, and Chinese word processing software.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
