Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales administration support in daily operation
• Work closely and effectively with key stakeholders within the team
• Prepare business analytical reports
• Engaging in various cross team projects and initiatives related to launching new products, operational efficiency improvements 
• Acting as the point of contact for correspondences between contacts and General Manager
• Organizing personal and work-related appointments
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Mature, courteous, positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and support business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills & Good knowledge in Excel preferred
• Strong interpersonal skill and collaborative attitude with good presentation skill
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Working Location: Kwai Chung
