Job Responsibilities 

• Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with mortgage product development - asset-based mortgages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to loan products.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of loan products by providing insights, feedback, and support to the product development team.
• Collaborate with business partners, internal departments and front lines to ensure smooth launch and quality implementation of new products and marketing initiatives.
• Define user needs for new product features and customer journeys, including system and mobile app improvements from produce.

Job Requirements 

• Prior experience in project management, loan products, or financial services is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking industry lending experience with strong knowledge of mortgage products.
• Candidates familiar with online banking/mobile banking applications will be preferred.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
