Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to purchase garment trims & accessories for sales & production orders. 
• Check stock to ensure consumption is correct & reasonable.
• Liaise with suppliers & internal departments on purchase orders progress, materials quality & on-time shipments.
• Source new suppliers & negotiate buying price.
• Conduct cost reports for analysis when necessary.
• Keep updated on new trends & market information.

Requirements:

• Matriculated, 5 years+ relevant experiences in garment trims & accessories.
• Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in import/export processes & documents.
• Some experience in operating ERP system.   
• Good MS office skills & Chinese word processing.
• Well versed in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Communicative, well-organized, detail-minded.
