• Lead and manage end-to-end E&M projects for data center facilities as the main contractor, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to define project scope, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Oversee the procurement process for subcontractors, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project resources, including staff allocation, subcontractor management, and equipment deployment.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration and handover of E&M systems.
• Monitor project financials, including cost control, change order management, and accurate project reporting.
• Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and final project evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry, specifically as a contractor specializing in data center projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems within data center facilities, including power distribution, cooling, fire suppression, and security.
• Strong understanding of main contractor responsibilities, including subcontractor management, procurement, and project execution.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale data center projects with budgets exceeding $X million.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
