Your Role 

• Manage execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance, repairing, as well as A&A works for those building fabrics, structure, plumbing & drainage system, and various building services system within the company premises
• Formulating and executing maintenance plan, preparing feasibility studies, tendering and quotation preparation, budget preparation and cost control, preparing maintenance report, arranging/attending emergency call out service around the clock, fault investigation, minor project execution, site work progress monitoring, end user liaison, contractor management, supervision of in-house technical officers and technicians, as well as execution of any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

To Succeed in the Role 

• Degree or above in Building Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / Facilities management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property maintenance / surveying / construction / facilities management, or related field
• Able to manage building repair and maintenance works/ office renovation / addition & alteration works independently
• Well verse with building related ordinance, MWCS/MBIS/MWIS, etc
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills
• Customer services oriented
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing and quotation / tender preparation.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer
